Specialisms

Three specialisms, not a catalogue of everything.

We recruit cloud and infrastructure, DevOps and platform engineering, and cybersecurity and IAM. We do not take a role outside these areas and pretend it is a specialism — if we cannot add anything beyond a CV search, we say so.

Cloud & Infrastructure

The people who keep platforms running and migrations on schedule — and who are almost never looking when you need them.

Typical roles: Cloud Engineer / Architect · Infrastructure Engineer · Systems Engineer · Azure / AWS Engineer · Kubernetes Engineer · Network Engineer · Infrastructure Architect

In our own scan of 3,159 European technology vacancies (September 2026), cloud and infrastructure roles were the deepest pool and the slowest to close: a median of 97 days open across 742 postings from 574 companies.

DevOps & Platform Engineering

Automation, reliability and developer experience. This is where a good hire changes how the whole team works — and where a bad one quietly costs a year.

Typical roles: DevOps Engineer · Site Reliability Engineer · Platform Engineer · DevSecOps Engineer · Automation Engineer · Terraform / CI-CD Engineer · Observability Engineer

Platform and reliability roles move faster than cloud roles (median 48 days in the same scan) but demand is constant, and senior people are rarely on the market for long.

Cybersecurity & IAM

Security engineering, identity and access — the specialism where screening matters most, because a CV is the easiest thing in recruitment to overstate.

Typical roles: Security Engineer · Cloud Security Engineer · IAM / Identity Engineer · PAM Engineer · Security Architect · Cybersecurity Engineer

Security titles have the shortest median time-to-fill of the three (31 days in our scan) — which means the good candidates are gone before a slow process reaches them.

AI Infrastructure & MLOps — monitored

GPU platforms, model serving, data pipelines for training. We build talent pools here and monitor the market, but we do not yet position ourselves as an AI recruitment specialist — the demand is real, the fee base is not yet proven.

Where we recruit

Ireland and the United Kingdom are our active markets, with Spain, Romania and the wider CEE region used for talent supply and existing relationships. We work on roles that are remote, hybrid or on site, and we are explicit about which countries a candidate must be able to work from.

Why the technical screening matters

A CV tells you where somebody worked, not what they can do. Before a candidate reaches a client's interview process, our own engineer — the owner of the business — goes through the specific technologies the role needs, asks for the detail behind the claims, and records what was verified and what was not. The result travels with the candidate as an evidence pack rather than a promise.
