Direct search and our own network — not a reposted advert. Every candidate is screened technically before you see them.
3. Evidence pack
Each shortlisted candidate arrives with what we verified, the questions we asked and the answers, availability, expectations and any risks identified.
4. From interview to start
Shortlist within 10 working days, weekly written updates, and support through offer and onboarding.
