IdealStaffs Consulting is looking an SAP Team Leader and Architect with experience on FI-CO module and on ERP systems’ integration to support one of our partner’s organization.
On-call requirements:
May be required on an exceptional basis.
Required Profile:
Project Manager & Functional Lead:
Coordinate the technical and functional DBS team for technical setup and planning, communicate with business stakeholders, and execute tests for the Finance domain.
Assessment of SAP Solution:
Prepare Terms of Reference, lead and coordinate the SAP team, and work closely with external parties through workshops, document reviews, discussions, etc.
Implementation of Payment Purpose Code:
Act as Functional Lead, creating solution proposals, engaging in customer discussions, configuring systems, writing functional specifications for development, and implementing and testing solutions.
ARGA Automation Invoicing Rent & Parking:
Serve as Project Manager and Functional Lead, creating solution proposals, engaging in customer discussions, configuring systems, writing functional specifications, implementing and testing solutions, and advising customers.
Team Leader for SAP Finance:
Implement approved requests and propose improvements/enhancements in line with business processes and software evolution.
Perform detailed analyses of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules.
Maintain close collaboration with various departments and business partners.
Ensure seamless integration within SAP modules, such as Funds Management, Procurement, Travel, Sales & Distribution, and Payroll, as well as with internal custom solutions and external SaaS solutions like Coupa Treasury Management System and Salesforce/Mulesoft.
Oversee the implemented financial solution and understand the implementation of other modules.
Possess knowledge of the Bank Communication Management module and international banking requirements for cross-border payments and XML file formats.
Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant: Required Technical Skills:
At least 20 years of experience in international and complex SAP implementations, ERP systems architecture and integrations, and the SAP Finance module.
Required Soft Skills:
Customer-facing experience and strong oral communication skills.
Ability to write documentation and reports.
Creativity and the ability to find innovative solutions.
Willingness to learn on the job.
Conflict management and cooperation. Desirable Certifications:
SAP FI-CO certifications.
Required Languages:
English (mandatory)
French (preferred)
Teleworking Option:
Yes, three weeks per month.
