IdealStaffs is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM and Financials, version 9.2, feature an extensive array of modules that serve as the primary systems for administrative, human resources, and financial management. PeopleSoft integrates with numerous internal systems, including an Oracle data warehouse for all corporate reporting, banking and payment solutions, a learning management system, UN security services, the UN pension fund, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the available information on organizational changes, including the updated organigram, functions, and delegation of authority.

  • Examine the setup of PeopleSoft HCM, focusing on configuration, workflows, and custom modules to assess how recalibration could impact the current system and envision the future state.

  • Collaborate with team members to understand PeopleSoft’s integrations with internal and external systems.

  • Design a future state solution for PeopleSoft HCM, considering its integrations with other systems.

  • Develop the approved design changes in PeopleSoft.

  • Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) of the changes, addressing any bugs or issues.

  • Assist in deploying the changes to production.


Technical Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience working with the listed modules in PeopleSoft HCM, version 9.X or higher.

  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleTools 8.5x.

  • Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of security components in PeopleSoft, with the ability to set up or modify them as needed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues and support for non-technical users.

  • Proven expertise in developing technical solutions for the listed modules in PeopleSoft HCM.

  • Experience in developing and updating approval workflows.

  • Knowledge of integration broker messages and component interfaces, along with other integration methods, preferably including solution design for integration with Cloud SaaS solutions.

Languages:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
